Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Scheduler to join our team. As a Production Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in planning and coordinating production activities to ensure efficient operations and on-time delivery. Your expertise in production planning, inventory control, and demand forecasting will be essential in meeting customer demands and optimizing our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, sales forecasts, and inventory levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth production flow
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, optimize resource allocation, and improve overall efficiency
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles to streamline production processes and reduce waste
- Monitor customer demand trends and adjust production schedules accordingly
- Communicate production status, delays, or changes to relevant stakeholders
- Continuously evaluate and improve production scheduling systems and procedures

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Production Scheduler or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production planning principles and techniques
- Proficiency in using production scheduling software/systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to forecast demand accurately based on market trends and historical data
- Knowledge of inventory control methods and best practices
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
