The Plant Maintenance Manager Pay is $25 - $30 hr (DOE-Pay is negotiable) and paid WEEKLY!

Shift Availability:

FIRST- 6am-3pm (OT may be required)

We are looking for team leaders for our Maintenance department who can perform and communicate effectively. Must have the ability to Read, Write, and multi-task efficiently. Able to lift up to 50 pounds, problem-solve, and logical thinking. This place offers a great work environment and steady work plus overtime each day!

Job Requirements and Responsibilities

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of industrial mechanics, including hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Familiarity with high voltage electrical systems and industrial electrician work.
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
• Repair or replace faulty parts, such as motors, belts, bearings, and electrical wiring.
• Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
