Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Technician to join our team. As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing a variety of restoration and remediation tasks, including water damage restoration, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and fire restoration. You will work closely with a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Duties:
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians in restoration and remediation projects
- Perform water damage restoration, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, fire restoration, and other related tasks
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks
- Clean and sanitize affected areas to ensure safety and prevent further damage
- Build and install necessary structures or materials as required
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and management regarding project progress

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is required
- Strong knowledge of water damage restoration, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and fire restoration processes
- Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay: $19.41 - $30.00 per hour
