Successful and established national chain looking for individuals with forklift experience to operate equipment in their Hudson, OH distribution center.

Ordinary Day of the Forklift Operator:

• Utilize Electric Pallet Jack, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, and Forklifts to transfer inventory.
• Be willing to physically unload and load trucks by hand.
• Be flexible to be assigned to multiple task within warehouse
• Utilize a radio frequency wrist mount to receive task and scan items into warehouse management system.
• Utilize utility knife to open cases and place items in predetermined selected areas.
• Assist with order selector duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean work environment.

What we require from you as a Forklift Operator:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Able to climb multiple flights of stairs throughout the day.
• Able to STAND/WALK on concrete for minimum of 9/hours a day.
• MUST be punctual and have outstanding attendance history.
• MUST BE WILLING TO WORK OVERTIME to include Saturdays during peak season (few months at the end of the year, holiday season)

Pay: $16.50-18.50, based on shift monthly productivity bonus

Full-Time Shifts, Monday-Friday schedule:

• 1st shift: 6a-2p Monday-Friday - $16.50/hr base pay
• $1.50/hr order selecting premium
• 2nd shift: 3p-11p Monday-Friday - $18.50/hr base pay
• $1.50/hr order selecting premium

Seasonal overtime schedule (late August through December):

• 1st shift: 6a-3p Monday-Friday occasional Saturdays 6a-2p
• 2nd shift: 3p-12a Monday-Friday occasional Saturdays 3p-11p
