We are looking for PCB solder (surface mount and through-hole soldering).
1st shift 6 : 00 am - 2 : 30 pm
2nd shift 2 : 00 pm - 10 : 30 pm
Salary $18-22 Hourly
Must have the ability to read assembly drawings and perform tasks with limited verbal instructions. Ability to perform surface mount soldering, de-soldering and thru-hole soldering.
Essential Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
Assemble boards using written process instructions, assembly drawings and visual aids.
Ability to perform surface mount soldering and de-soldering, thru-hole soldering.
Complete quality work by self-inspection.
Ability to recognize defective materials and disposition them appropriately.
Ability to use microscope while soldering and inspecting SMT components.
Qualifications :
3 plus years of Printed Circuit Board Assemble experience.
Ability to read and understand process instructions and assembly drawings
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Ability to problem-solve a variety of problems of a moderate scope and complexity.
Able to meet tight datelines and to work at a fast pace environment
Education and Experience :
High School
GED Equivalent
Minimum of 2-3 years experience
Quality inspection experience, a plus
IPC A-610 or J-Std certification, a plus
SMT machine operator experience, a plus
Lean / 6 Sigma, a plus
