Duties:
Approach, greet and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the showroom or display lot
Keep in touch with sold and unsold customer for the short and long terms
Maintain customer information and contact management system
Work with customers to determine their vehicle needs
Ensure that the customer understands the vehicles operating features, warranty and lays the foundation for customer loyalty
Be proactive by seeking new customers through prospecting and referrals
Requirements of the position:
Previous sales experience is required
Proficient computer skills including email and internet experience
Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Pass pre-employment background check
Professional appearance and respectful behavior
Outgoing with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport
Previous auto sales experience is desired for this position.
