Atwater Bistro Management Group is a small business in Detroit, MI that provides bar management services for several businesses in midtown and downtown. Additionally we provide servies for mobile events. Our goal is to provide excellent service to both our clients who book our services and the customers for whom we make drinks!

Duties:

• Supervising cashiers and crew members
• Ensuring customer service is of the highest standard, and providing guidance for staff to ensure staff greets customers with a smile, upsells when appropriate, maintains a clean work space, and all members work together as a team.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
• Knowledge of opening and closing procedures
• Responsible for monitoring transactions and making daily deposits.
• Setting up and breaking down food service areas when needed.
• Supports staff in cleaning and preparing service areas prior to, during and after service including washing walls, counters, ceilings, doors, windows, signs, etc. using harsh cleaning solutions and sponges, etc.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Strong hospitality skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of food handling regulations and safety protocol
• Leads must be ServSafe certified.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $16.00 per hour

• Evening shift
