Attlee Realty is Hiring a Vice President - Commercial Real Estate Near McKinney, TX

We are looking for a seasoned commercial real estate professional with a superior work ethic and the highest degree of integrity to organize, manage, support, and grow our team and brokerage, in unity with our company culture and core values.

In addition to managing our growing office, and assisting where necessary in corporate sales activities, the successful candidate will lead, direct, and report on all sales, marketing and operational performance and functions of the firm, as well as be proactive in identifying and implementing strategies to improve our performance, operations, and ongoing growth.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and report on all sales and performance. Work with ownership to define and implement sales and growth plan objectives, division budgets, processes, and controls
  • Manage recruiting and training of the office staff and sales team
  • Research existing and new markets and industries to attain and increase market share. Assist with improving and creating systems to support the entire transactional process
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of real estate law and regulations
  • Perform sales associate contract and document reviews to ensure legal and contractual compliance of transactions
  • Analyze sales performance data to determine areas for improvement and deliver performance management plans
  • Manage marketing in all areas including compliance
Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Texas Real Estate Broker license
  • 4 Years of commercial real estate sales experience
  • 4 Years of leadership/management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related field
  • Exceptionally computer-literate and tech-savvy
