Responsibilities:

Coach clients to keep a healthy mindset and perspective through their cases

Function as a contact point for clients seeking support or information and taking care of their needs and expectations

Answer any issues or complaints made by clients and come up with solutions quickly

Call on an in-depth database of local professionals to give the best recommendations

Qualifications:

Experience as a therapist or life coach preferred

Experience with divorce, family law, and/or parenting disputes preferred

Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills

Ability to exercise emotional intelligence

Work experience in customer service
