Job Title: Knowledge Management Librarian

Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid Remote)

Clearance: Must be eligible to OBTAIN a Suitability Clearance

Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Knowledge Management Librarian to support our Federal program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing information within the organization to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Duties:

• Supports the development and maintenance of SharePoint library, information, management plans, processes, repositories, and systems.
• Organizes, maintains, tracks, and files documentation in electronic formats.
• Maintains document version control and configuration management.
• Evaluates documentation, specifications, reports, and presentations.
• Outlines and develops technical documentation detailing the design, development, testing, installation, and maintenance of systems and processes.
• Develops databases that extracts and interprets data from the repositories.

Experience:

• Must have experience in SharePoint
• Must have Document Management experience
• Must have experience maintaining, tracking, and filing documentation in electronic formats

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
