We are looking for a BCBA Clinical Director who can provide exceptional Clinical leadership, fantastic quality assurance of behavior analytic services. **Qualified candidates must be local to the state they are overseeing. Ex: Indiana Clinical Director must live somewhere in the state of Indiana and be licensed by IN as well.

Experience

• Candidates must be a current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Strong Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and clinical skills.
• Candidates must have clinical experience with ABA in-home, community, and school programs.
• Knowledge of clinic-based ABA services and social skills services is a plus.
• A minimum of a Master's degree in psychology, special education, behavior analysis or other related field experience.
• Candidates with 5 years Management Experience.
• Prior supervisory experience overseeing a team of ABA clinicians.
• Full understanding of Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Verbal Behavior Training (VB), Natural Environment Training (NET), and other principles of ABA.
• Knowledge of various software programs, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, Central Reach, etc.
• Excellent written and spoken communication to effectively communicate with clinicians, clients, family members and agency’s staff.
• Superior skills in organization, time management, analytics, and observation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and continual training.
• Full understanding of medical necessity criteria for services and the ability to review clinical initial assessments and progress reports ensuring funding source requirements within treatment protocols.
• Confidence and enthusiasm when meeting new families. Clarity of purpose when describing details of ABA programs and agency ABA policies and procedures.
• Address concerns/complaints and resolves problems timely, functionally and professionally.
• Attend Regional Center meetings, and behavioral conferences.

Quality Control:

• Develop, evaluate and monitor programs to provide oversight of Supervisors ensuring plans and strategies are implemented effectively.
• Ensure staff strictly adhere to HIPAA rules and regulations.
• Ensure that billable time is met, sessions are converted, and session notes are exceptional in nature
• Conduct quarterly goal-setting meetings, and other meetings that may be necessary outside of regular case consultation
• Ensure performance feedback systems are in place for staff evaluations (completed by the supervisor).
• Monitor and complete weekly summaries of supervisors' caseload fulfillment and clinical requirements.

Community Outreach:

• Build, expand and maintain trusting relationships with providers, families, caregivers, community members, and other stakeholders.
• Develop a parent training manual/program for Supervisors to implement.
• Conduct home, school or community visits based on the clinical needs of the supervisor and the individualized programs.
• Attend IEPs when warranted (typically the role of the Clinical Supervisor).
• Remain current regarding new research, Journal articles, current trends and developments related to autism, special education and related fields.

As needed:

• Maintain a caseload of clients, depending on the number and experience of the supervisors within the clinic and surrounding area
• New client intakes, assessments, programming, staff training, and starting services
• Participate in development, Public Relations, web-based consulting, school collaborations, and marketing for program expansion of Behavioral Perspective.
• Participate in hiring, evaluating and terminating staff
• Collaborate with the Administration Team to develop policies and procedures specifically for Behavioral Perspective Inc.

Qualification:

• BCBA certification and state licensure
• Previous leadership role and ability to skillfully manage staff
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High-level problem-solving abilities
• Ability to travel 25% of time
