What You'll Do:

  • Engage and attract qualified candidates who share our passion for caregiving.
  • Foster meaningful connections by communicating with all potential applicants.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to ensure the best fit for our team.
  • Organize and maintain employee credentials with precision and care.
  • Support the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new team members.
  • Contribute to our recruitment and retention efforts with your enthusiasm and dedication.
  • Keep our team compliant and equipped with the necessary certifications and documents.
  • Uphold the highest standards set by the Agency for Healthcare Administration.

What You'll Need:

  • Availability: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe suite.
  • Willingness to undergo Level 2 background screening.
  • Minimum of 1 year of recruitment or administrative experience.
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and an eye for detail.
  • Dedication to confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong prioritization skills and a knack for meeting deadlines.
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of small groups and engaging with diverse individuals.
  • A quick learner with a positive attitude towards growth and development.

Nice to Have (but not required):

  • Previous healthcare experience or familiarity.
  • Background in CNA/HHA roles.
  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant.
