We're seeking a highly motivated Territory Business Manager to drive sales and foster client relationships within assigned verticals. Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Territory Business Manager in the North Metro Atlanta area. Reporting directly to their Senior Sales Business Manager, this individual will maximize the sales of Hoods Unlimited commercial services within the geographic territory and drive sales within the specific verticals assigned to them.
We offer:
· W2 position with a salary up to $30,000-$40,000 plus commission on every sale, quarterly bonus opportunities, and support. Make up to $80,000-$120,000 per year!

Qualifications:
· No hood cleaning, installation, or repair experience is needed
· Sales Quota experience on resume
· This is a hunter-based position which includes going door-to-door to potential clients
· Ability to climb ladders to access the roofs of locations to record notes of exhaust fan
· Must have passion, energy, positive attitude
· Detail-oriented, focused, and a team player
· Most importantly, you must have strong ethics, high integrity, and be committed to always putting the customer first
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Territory Management: Effectively manage a designated territory, including identifying key prospects and opportunities for growth within 2-3 assigned verticals.
2. Sales and Business Development: Drive sales by conducting door-to-door visits, cold calling, and networking to generate new leads and secure contracts for commercial kitchen exhaust hood services.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention through regular communication and proactive problem-solving.
4. KPI Achievement: Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management, including sales targets, conversion rates, and customer acquisition metrics.
5. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate target markets, increase market share, and drive revenue growth in alignment with company objectives.
6. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs, providing insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer experiences.
8. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress, regularly providing reports and updates to management.
9. Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay informed about industry developments, product offerings, and best practices to continuously enhance sales techniques and effectiveness.
10. Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times, ensuring ethical conduct and professionalism in all business dealings.
