Job Description


JOB DETAILS

Base Pay Starts at $29.50 per hour, plus $1.00 per hour shift differential

Shift: 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM, Monday-Friday

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Maintenance Technician IIl, or Maintenance Mechanic, is in charge of performing ongoing facility maintenance and completing repairs on equipment. Their duties include fixing machinery, plumbing, electrical and hydraulic.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Communicate with clarity and demonstrate excellence in approach to work and people activities
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage a wide variety of activities at the same time
  • Able to work cross functionally and collaboratively with many stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of all people related processes and procedures
  • Able to identify root cause of any losses
  • Electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair
  • Plumbing/electric/pneumatic/hydraulic
Qualifications
  • A minimum of one (5) year of related work experience in manufacturing or comparable work environment
  • Related degree from a college, technical college, military experience
  • Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
  • Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replaced defective parts
  • Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • General mathematical knowledge and proficiency with basic measuring instruments
  • Offers of employment are contingent upon passing a substance abuse screening test and criminal background check
