Atrium Village provides high quality care to the aging population. Our facility is located in the peaceful community of Hills, just south of Iowa City. Our Care Center is licensed in the state of Iowa for 20 residents, while we also have 28 Independent Living Apartments.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate clinical nurse consultant to join our healthcare team. As the clinical nurse consultant, you will provide oversight to our nursing team, perform audits, and offer guidance to our Health Services Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

- Guide our Health Services Supervisor in regulatory compliance.

- Review Care Plans.

- Review incident reports, changes in status, medication reconsiliation.

- Maintain and update medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse license

- Proven experience as a Clinical Nurse Consultant or similar role

- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work well under pressure

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.87 - $31.63 per hour

Expected hours: 4 per week
