Our client is a well known law firm looking for an Intake Specialist to join their team.

Salary / Hourly Rate :

$16 $18 / hr PLUS two bonuses

Position Overview :

The Intake Specialist will be responsible for conducting intake interviews, gathering information, and assessing the needs of prospective clients.

The ideal Intake Specialist candidate will possess strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities of the Intake Specialist :

• Conduct intake interviews to gather relevant information about potential cases
• Assess the legal needs and eligibility of prospective clients
• Provide information about the firm’s services, practice areas, and legal procedures
• Assist potential clients in completing intake forms and gathering necessary documentation
• Enter client information into the firm’s case management system accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to prioritize and assign new cases
• Follow up with potential clients to provide updates and answer any questions
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client information
• Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications for the Intake Specialist :

• 1 to 2 years of experience
• Prior Intake or call center experience required
