Job Description Summary:
The Warehouse Manager, under the leadership of the General Manager, will establish lead all functions of the warehouse to support the mission of the company. Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory counts, timely replenishment of used stock, and supervising their team to ensure efficient workflows will be integral to the success of the role. It is imperative for the warehouse to be safe and accessible as it enables the company to deliver the greatest customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with safety standards are adhered to by all staff in the warehouse
Create new controls for the maintaining the warehouse inventory and ensuring timely replenishment of material
Verify the contents of shipments, match the invoice, and following up appropriately on any discrepancies
Conduct regular material audits in the warehouse and on vehicles
Process product returns and record necessary documentation for refunds
Collaborate with managers and dispatchers to arrange material deliveries to job sites as needed
Operate a forklift to move restock heavy equipment
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
