This is a 100% remote role but must be located in the Cincinnati Region to come into the office on occasion for on-site meetings or adhoc projects.
What Impact You Can Make
This position will be responsible for the support of planning, logistics, and documentation for the Professional Education Department.

• Support Professional Education team with surgeon sales training lab logistics, planning, shipping/maintenance and other ad hoc projects
• Manage the HCP training requests & course registration for all training activities.
• Maintain financial budgets & supporting documentation.
• Reconcile monthly travel & program expenses.
• Reconcile national course expenses.
• Manage & support all AtriCure work authorizations.
• Process surgeons’ payments in compliance with all company policies and external reporting requirements including the Sunshine Act
• Process surgeon contract renewals in compliance with all company policies and external reporting requirements including the Sunshine Act
• Process expense reports in compliance with all company policies and external reporting requirements including the Sunshine Act
• The Admin will support other PE department personnel on an ad hoc basis

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years related experience or industry experience is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to interact with physicians in a professional manner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Must be creative, self-motivated, proactive, intuitive, organized, flexible, and deadline oriented
• Ability to travel 5% to assist with professional education programs as needed
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
