The Brand Ambassador is responsible for creating positive customer experiences to drive sales and promote the Bath Experts brand in-person at stores and events in your community. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and enjoy interacting with others, have the ability to drive a conversation and communicate effectively, and provide exceptional customer service. This position is part-time as needed for events so candidates must have schedule flexibility and evenings and weekend availability.

• Promote and generate brand awareness by increasing visibility and recognition of Bath Experts as the premier bath remodel company
• Represent the Bath Experts brand at promotional events and other marketing initiatives (trade shows, etc..)
• Engage with prospective and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Act as a subject matter expert for customers by answering questions about our products and services while showcasing Bath Experts value and expertise
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate customers on all Bath Experts' service and product offerings
• Obtain complete information from clients for the purpose of scheduling appointments
• Other duties may include; calling prospective leads and other various marketing related tasks

• 1 year of customer service experience required, (retail sales experience is preferred)
• Industry experience is preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel with large branded items
• An outgoing, friendly personality, and the ability to drive a conversation
• Ability to follow a proven process to generate sales appointments
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Evening and weekend shift availability
