Job Description :

We are seeking an Implementation Support Specialist for a very important client Our i-STAT System is an advanced, portable diagnostic tool thatprovides real-time, lab-quality results within minutes to accelerate patient-care decision-making as well as optimize resource utilization for our customers and the patients that they serve The i-STAT System has the industry’s most comprehensive menu of tests in a single, with-patient platform, including tests for respiratory, metabolic, coagulation, hematology, glucose, and cardiac function By delivering lab-quality results in minutes, on just a few drops of blood, our i-STAT System fosters a collaborative, patient-centered environment while driving improved operational performance.

• Coordinate and execute on Performance Verifications, End User Training, Go Live Support and Follow-Up Support phases within an implementation case.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed promptly and accurately.
• Understands key customer needs and builds relationships with key stakeholders within accounts and able to articulate the benefits of point-of care testing.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of key product atributes and productdemonstrations.

Requirement :

Minimum EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Medical Technology, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy or a related field of study Associate’s degree is acceptable with additional experience and demonstrated competence.

Minimum Experience / Training RequiredTypically requires 2-4 years of experience in the healthcare industry to develop the competence required to meet the skills and responsibilities of the position.

• Ability and aptitude to provide solutions and contingency plans through comprehensive review of alternatives.
• Ability to speak confidently in public and to present material to upper management.
• Superior customer service by managing key relationships with stakeholders.
