Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pizza Cook to join our team. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas to order. Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards - Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality - Monitor food stock levels and replenish ingredients as needed - Adhere to proper food handling and sanitation procedures - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations - Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as necessary - Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Pizza Cook or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of pizza dough stretching techniques and pizza oven operation - Strong understanding of food safety practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent time management skills to ensure orders are prepared in a timely manner - Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating order totals - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team We offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career advancement, and a positive work environment.
