Environmental Field Technicians (LDAR) needed for the Delek facility located in Tyler, TX.
Primary job duties include leak detection and repair at petrochemical facilities using environmental air sampling techniques.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a highly regulated, detail oriented environment where strict adherence to rules and procedures is required at all times.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: (List duties or tasks critical to success)
· Maintain assigned PPE, Project Equipment & Supplies
· Perform component field inspections in accordance with Method 21 standards and techniques
· Perform required visual inspections in accordance with applicable regulations
· Maintain LDAR monitoring equipment per manufacturers guidelines
· Perform daily instrument calibrations and quarterly certifications in accordance with Method 21 and any site-specific rules
· Identify changes to Component Inventory in field and log appropriate comment to correct issue IE Missing Tag (MT), Removed from Service (RFS), Temporarily Out of Service (TOS)
· Identify and log any Open-Ended Lines (OEL) found in field
· Attain basic understanding of all regulations and rules applicable to assigned site
· Performs all assigned task with little to no supervision
· Actively engages leadership for Career Path Guidance and Advancement Opportunities
· Completes all assigned reoccurring training before due date
· Adheres to ATLAS Work Attendance Policy
· Maintains a professional appearance and attitude at all times
· Adheres to all ATLAS company policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Valid Driver’s License
· Able to pass annual background screening and random D&A testing
· Meets Physical and Work Environment requirements
· Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Technical Requirements:
· Work is outdoor industrial environment and physically demanding
