Atlas Staffing is Hiring a Packaging Associate. Near spangle, WA
Do you like working with your hands? Are you a go-getter with experience in production and packing / shipping? Atlas Staffing is hiring a Packaging Associate for a door shop in the manufacturing industry! This is a full-time position with opportunity for advancement.
Objective : In this position you will be helping to prepare and package products and materials for shipping.
Responsibilities :
Wrap, secure, and package doors and building products for shipment
Use of hand tools, saws and pneumatic tools.
Use an RF scanner to locate and pull products
Quality review / control of products
Ensure quality of all orders using a tablet for documentation.
Maintain safe work environment.
Must be a team player
Any Forklift duties will require a training course and must obtain certificate.
Minimum Requirements :
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Dynamic standing for 8-10 hours per day
General Construction knowledge highly preferred
Positive attitude
Great work ethic
Excellent record of attendance.
Consistent work history
Ability to read, write and communicate clearly.
Adhere to all safety protocol.
Basic math skills.
Ability to follow written, oral or diagram instructions.
Shift : Monday-Friday, 9 : 00AM-6 : 00PM (shift times may vary depending on production needs)
Wage : $17.50 / hr
