About the Role:

Atlas Real Estate manages both small multi-family (under 100 units) and single-family homes. As a Maintenance Tech, you would work with a Portfolio Manager, an Assistant Portfolio Manager, and a Turn Coordinator to complete work orders and unit turns. Work Orders involve scheduling, troubleshooting, communicating issues to the Portfolio Manager or the Assistant Portfolio Manager, and repairing the problems. Overtime must be approved. Responsibilities:

• Work Orders - Respond, troubleshoot, track, execute
• Unit Turns/Make Readies - Pre-turn walks, Coordination with turn coordinator, Ordering materials, Strong Communication with your team and residents, Execution of work

What you bring:

• At least 4 years experience in maintenance
• General Maintenance- Skilled
• Plumbing- Skilled
• Drywall- Skilled
• Electrical- Skilled
• HVAC (general knowledge)
• Appliance repair- skilled
• Irrigation repair- (general knowledge)
• Carpentry - Skilled
• Self starter- A must
• Okay working alone (low supervision)
• Problem solving- A must
• Attitude- must be calm and willing to accept change
• Okay using own vehicle all over the Denver Metro area- Truck or van preferred
• Good with technology
• Dependable
• Must have a driver’s license and a reliable form of transportation
• Relevant tools
