Job Summary:

Our operations team plays a vital role in supporting our muti-family properties in Muskogee and Tulsa. The Operations Specialist role includes support to the 80 employees on the Atlas team and reports directly to the Senior Operations Analyst. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized and motivated to support the day-to-day operations of the team.

Our ideal candidate should have expert excel experience, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a strong attention to detail. The position offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a great work environment.

Examples of Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

•Assist Operations team by providing support in day-to-day operations, administration, and improvement of residential properties

• Review financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement.

Position Requirements: Basic Qualifications: Education & Experience

• At least an Associate’s Degree

• 1-2 years of administrative or operations experience

• Highly proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Adept at spreadsheets and tracking expenses

• Experience with Gmail, Google Docs a plus

Work Schedule and Location Requirements:

• This is an in-office position in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

• This position operates full time (40 hrs./wk), Monday-Friday

• Ability to occasionally work hours outside of 8a-5p for special projects

• Occasional need to utilize personal transportation, must maintain valid driver’s license and auto insurance Benefits
