Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Vancouver, WA
Salary: $25 - $27 / Hourly

As Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for a variety of duties, as directed by Company, including, but not limited to:
Requirements:

• Check schedule for upcoming appointments.
• Check voicemails and return calls (same day preference, no later than 24 hours)
• Check emails and return emails (same day preference, no later than 24 hours)
• If an onsite technician, assist with inspecting parking lots and garages for any vehicles in violation of parking agreement.
• Report to Community Manager of any dumping, camping, and abandoned vehicles.
• Assist with reporting illegal dumping, camping, and abandoned vehicles.
• If an onsite technician, provide Community Manager daily notes.
• Assist with property inspections.
• Maintain constant communication with direct supervisor(s) and when applicable Atlas leadership, which may require regular phone calls, emails or in person meetings.
• Other daily, weekly, and monthly duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent (required)
• Valid Washington Driver’s License, vehicle insurance and a clean driving record (required)
• 2 Years Multifamily maintenance required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair and painting.
• Applicants must pass a criminal background check upon offer of employment.
