Atlas Organics is looking for a Laborer to join our team! The Laborer will be responsible for keeping the grounds mowed and trash free. They will assist the Equipment Operators with various tasks, ensuring a neat and safe work environment. Occasional Mechanics helper.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• General grounds keeping, such as trash removal and mowing.
• Build and repair fences.
• Help maintain grounds and facility as needed.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Education, Experience and Certifications:

• Six (6) months of outdoor laborer or related experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to be a team-player for overall company success.

Physical Requirements:

• Reach (including above the head), bend, climb, push, pull twist, squat, and kneel
• Ability to work in awkward spaces
• Must be able to lift more than 30 pounds frequently.

Work Environment

• Outdoors; will be exposed to weather extremes, dirt, odor, and high levels of noise.
