Production Supervisor-Bilingual in Spanish

Location: Murfreesboro, TN 37130

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour/DOE

1st Shift Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm OT

Positions Open: 2

Status: Contract- 2 years

Job Description

• Must be Bilingual in Spanish/English
• 2-3 years previous Supervisorary experience
• 3-5 years production experience
• Responsible for production team - Train, evaluate team memers on performance, attendance, safety
• Safety audits, injury reports and accident investigation
• Analyze for improved methods on production, tool design communication, cost control, operation of equipment
• Ability to read, intrupt blue prints, compute rate, ration and %, draw and intrupt bar graphs
• Excellent english communication skills
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
