ATLAS INDUSTRIAL OUTSOURCING, LLC is Hiring an Industrial Technician (Entry Level) Near Cleveland, OH

Description

Description

Industrial Technicians will set up jobsites and use equipment such as, water blast gun, water lance, dry vacuum hose, wet vacuum hose, shovels and picks for jobs related to Industrial facility shutdowns, emergency response, site remediation, industrial tank cleanings and more. Qualified candidates MUST HAVE a valid driver's license.

Requirements

  • Cleaning machinery and equipment such as boilers, pipes conveyors belts and tanks
  • Monitoring work areas for safety and environmental concerns and reporting any unsafe conditions or concerns to supervisor as needed.
  • Wearing personal protective equipment such as gloves, hard hat, eye protection, hearing protection, steel toed boots when required for specific tasks.
  • Operate a variety of hand tools such as safety equipment, vacuum hoses, high-pressure water lances, shovels, and other construction equipment.
  • Inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure proper working condition.
  • Load, unload and transport job supplies to and from job sites.
  • Follow OSHA, Company and Customer safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Participate in safety discussions and paperwork.
  • Perform general housekeeping and maintenance tasks on job sites.
  • Must have valid drivers license.
  • Ability to wear respirator and obtain DOT medical Card.
  • Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Must be able to work well with other job site peers and supervisors.
  • Must be able to climb, stairs, ladders and scaffolding.
  • Able to work in all types of weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to read and understand job scope and safety plans.
