Job description

Our electrical construction company is seeking a highly organized and efficient Manpower Coordinator to join our team. As the Manpower Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Operating Managers in overseeing aspects of the company's workforce, including scheduling and assist in service dispatching of our field manpower.

A Manpower Coordinator will:

• Maintain accurate records of employee information, including personal details, qualifications, and training records.
• Develop and manage the company's workforce schedule to ensure adequate coverage of all projects.
• Communicate regularly with the Manager to ensure that workforce needs are being met and to adjust schedules as necessary.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with employees, management, and other stakeholders.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
