- Properly communicate to CSR/Dispatch staff
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance for our membership customers.
- Rotate on-call schedule with other techs.
- Keep a neat and tidy vehicle.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Meet goals set for the service department by the service manager.
- Experienced in HVAC, primarily residential OR vo-tech schooling/training.
- Computer/ Smart Phone savvy.
- Ability to handle a physical workload.
- Able to work long hours during the summer.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
