Position Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing sales for our rain gutter products and services. This position offers a commission-based compensation structure, providing you with the opportunity to earn uncapped income based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' gutter needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Present product demonstrations and educate clients on the benefits of our rain gutter systems.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements to ensure maximum profitability.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow up with clients as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• High level of self-motivation and drive to achieve targets.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
