Ola Juice Bar is looking for a Multi-Unit General Manager to run operations for our Downtown and GOG location. The best candidate will highlight their ability to run a total operation and two at that. This individual will embody our mission of health and wellness and communicate those values through the team to our guests. You must have the ability to dive deep into the needs of each location while driving the vision of the brand which includes training, administrative, recipe adherence, social media contributions and many other items. The Multi-Unit General Manager is responsible for:

  • People-Supported, Seen, Valued.
  • Product- Excellent Food and Beverage. Every guest, every time.
  • Environment- Maintain comfortable cafe space for guests and team alike, health inspection ready at all times.
  • Service-Identify Ola values and instill positive work culture through training steps of service and hospitality model
  • Sales- Monitor and adjust marketing to fluctuate through the year. Identify sales trends and monitor costs in line.
  • Cost Accounting- Identifying and managing budget line item goals from top line sales to EBITDAR. Monitor sales, labor, COGs and declining budget. 

In this position, you are tasked with the top priority of creating a highly productive environment by focusing on motivating the team, ensuring an extraordinary guest experience, and balancing top line tasks of planning and implementing growth level goals for brand. This manager is expected to build and maintain a team that aligns with our culture and values, providing it with necessary resources, and leading it towards a common and unified vision

General Manager is responsible for the following additionally:

  • Use operational tools including, but not limited to: Toast, GDrive, 7shifts, Slack, and Asana.
  • Manage cash activities for the store (deposits, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines at all times; ensure all Team Members are in compliance.
  • Review store KPIs to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement to present quarterly plan to Executive General Manager.
