Ola Juice Bar was born from our long-time love of conscious nutrition, mindful eating, and our aspiration to foster a global community where people are excited to flourish and shine! We are vigilant of the ingredients we choose – where and how they are grown, and purposely plan recipes that respect and fuel our bodies.

Ola- in language has a rich, multicultural history. From Hawaiian origin- Ola symbolizes life, health, and livelihood. From Portuguese-Spanish heritage- Ola illustrates a natural movement through water, a wave or surge of energy forward. We live this out through our brand everyday, striving to give our customers healthy food options that can promote movement and help them live their best, healthiest lives.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Ola Juice Bar Team Member:

Greet and welcome all guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Guest services- take orders, process payments, and run food to guests.

Answer questions about menu items, including nutritional benefits and allergens.

Prepare a variety of juice, smoothies, savory bowls and açaí bowls for guests.

Juice- cold press procedure, recipe adherence, cold press machinery operations.

Barista- passion for coffee, espresso, dialing in daily and throughout shift.

Milk steaming knowledge: temperature aeration.

High volume, work clean- maintain machinery.

All team members are cross-trained through the following positions: POS, Barista, Prep, Dish, Juicer, Smoothies, Food and Expo.

Ability to work on your feet for the entire shift and ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

This position is for our new cafe opening on Garden of the Gods Road. The timeline for opening is fluid and requires some flexibility. Anticipated training start date is 12/15/23. Come join our team, build culture, make money, have fun!
