Your Role:

Are you a dynamic sales professional looking to make your mark in the Motor Vehicle Industry? Atlas Copco is looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join our team to support our customers in Chattanooga, TN, and Georgia. As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll help foster strategic partnerships and drive profitable growth for Atlas Copco Tools and Assembly within the territory. You will conduct real-time assessments of the business position in the territory, including SWOT analysis, understanding customer needs, market share, revenue, and competition. You will develop strategic partnerships with customers in the territory to achieve profitable growth. You will report to the Zone Manager of the Motor Vehicle Industry in this role.

To Succeed, You Will Need:

  • To travel daily to Customer Facilities within Tennessee and Georgia with minimal overnight travel

  • To travel to Mexico Annually to attend a Global Sales Meeting for a week

  • To work in a hybrid environment #LI-Hybrid

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, or Marketing

  • 2 years of experience in Industrial, Technical, Automation/Robotic or Manufacturing Sales

  • 2 years of experience using Salesforce CRM

  • 2 years of experience implementing product solutions into Production Lines

  • 2 years of experience leading Presentations or Product Demonstrations for clients

  • 2 years of experience reading Engineering Drawings/Schematics

  • 3 years of experience in B2B, Territory or Outside Sales

  • 3 years of experience in Solution-Based-Selling or Value-Sales
