Atlas Consultancy Group are proud to be partnering with the veterinary group that has taken Arizona by storm. You will be working in a multi-doctor, purpose-built hospital servicing the West Side of Phoenix. Home to 5 Doctors, 5 Examination room and an abundance of cutting-edge technology and advanced facilities you will have everything you need to provide exceptional care to their sizeable, loyal client base – utilizing your strong communication skills to build relationships of your own.

In terms of scheduling, you have the autonomy to choose a consistent schedule that suits your needs. The clinic values flexibility, understanding that each person's circumstances vary. Whether you prefer four 10-hour days, three 12-hour days, or five shorter days, the option is yours. Additionally, there's a weekend rotation that includes a brief Saturday shift (8am-3pm) distributed fairly among the veterinarians, approximately once per month. This is integrated into your regular schedule, ensuring you don't exceed your agreed-upon weekly hours. To ensure optimal care for pets and their owners, appointments are allotted a minimum of 30 minutes, allowing you to see roughly 15 patients per day.

About you:

  • Applicants should possess a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA-Accredited College.
  • A valid Arizona State Veterinary Board license in good standing is required, or the ability to qualify for one if relocating or graduating.
  • Candidates must demonstrate a sincere passion for veterinary care and a commitment to ongoing growth and development as a Veterinarian.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, along with an enjoyment of fostering robust relationships with both clients and colleagues.
  • Both new graduates and experienced DVMs are welcome and encouraged to apply.
