This role not only supports classroom activities but also serves as a stepping stone to becoming a certified Montessori teacher, sponsored fully by Atlas Academy.

Position Highlights:

• Engage directly in classroom activities, providing support and enhancing the learning environment.
• Prepare and organize educational materials to foster engagement and effective learning.
• Participate in observations and assessments, contributing to the personalized education plans of students.
• Follow a clear path toward Montessori certification, starting from Assistant Teacher to Certified Lead Montessori Teacher, through comprehensive training and mentorship.
