Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Crew Leader to join our team. The Crew Leader will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of a crew, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise construction crew members on-site
- Implement quality control measures to guarantee project specifications are met

- Prepare site for installation of Artificial Turf
- Install Artificial Turf

Experience:
- Proven experience in supervision and crew management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and train team members

- 1 year Experience in Artificial Turf installation and preparation preferred.

- Bilingual is a plus
