Atlantic Training is Hiring a Remote Customer Success Lead - SaaS

Are you a passionate leader with a proven track record in customer success? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment where your contributions directly impact the company's growth? At Atlantic Training, we're building a high-performing Customer Success team, and we're looking for someone like you to take charge.

The Customer Success Lead will need to have a blend of Account Management, Sales skills and Employee Management. You will be responsible for leading and scaling our customer success team ensuring our customers maximize the value of our product to achieve their goals.

Let's get down to it... daily deeds include but aren't limited to:

  • Strategize with your team often setting ambitious goals and KPI's.
  • Organize and manage accounts, tasks, and meetings using the HubSpot CRM and G Suite.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members using phone, email, Zoom, and Vidyard.
  • Onboard and establish relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Meet all scheduled QBRs within in a timely manner.
  • Meet or exceed the minimum target for the forecasted monthly/quarterly renewal rate of existing customers.
  • Expand and upsell existing accounts by consistently educating and providing value of our products to the customer.
  • Qualify and set up any "new" licensed business opportunities for the AE team that may come in as inbound leads or referrals from existing customers.
  • Communicate and work with the Client Support Specialists (CSS) team to help resolve any customer support issues that may arise while still being the point of contact for the customer.
  • Contribute to PR efforts, blog, and web content.
  • Ability to follow processes, meet deadlines, establish rapport, and work in a fast paced, deadline-driven organization.
  • Strategize with the management team in order to keep up with customer ideas, suggestions and feedback.

About you:

  • Prior Lead/Management Experience (3 years preferred).
  • Prior Customer Success/Client Retention experience in B2B. (2 years preferred).
  • Prior Inside/Outside Sales in B2B. (1 years preferred).
  • Strong computer skills. (Tech savvy and experience with CRM programs).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Has the hunger and urgency to discover and close expansion opportunities within current accounts.
  • Has experience in a fast-paced environment where organization, multi-tasking and adaptation are critical.
  • Enthusiastic about technology and software as well as becoming part of a fast-growing product and company!
