Full time job. Hourly pay starting at $17.00 dependent on experience.

We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to office communications in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, working with others on projects. Applicants should be extremely thorough and possess excellent communication skills.

Other qualifications that we desire:

• Ability to edit and transcribe video at a basic level. We use Mac based programs but are similar to other windows editing programs and can be learned.
• Exposure to Quickbooks. This person will be in charge of billing. We bill for our large projects and the billing is a small part of the job.
