This position is a Temporary Part Time position.

Duties of the Part Time Office Assistant:

• Get client caught up on FILING
• Filing
• More Filing
• This job is going to consist of a lot of filing and once that is finished, more tasks will be assigned; like, Reconciling CC Statements and Matching Purchase Orders.

Requirements of the Part Time Office Assistant:

• Over 18 years old
• Punctual
• Attention to detail
• Strong familiarity with Alpha Numeric filing systems.
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Wants to work Part Time
