Sales: Respond to hot leads. Work off provided warm lead lists. Sales goal to maintain base salary. Bonuses paid on top of base.

Policy Recommendations: Customize insurance plans to fit individual client requirements, ensuring comprehensive coverage and peace of mind.

Continuous Education: Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and company updates to provide informed advice and recommendations.

Requirements

Licensing: Active Insurance License required. FL resident or non-resident, or ability to obtain FL non-resident.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales selling auto a must. Allstate experience absolutely a Plus!
