Atlantic Dialysis Management Services is currently seeking an Full Time Admissions Specialist. The candidate we are seeking must have experience in a similar roll and can come on board and jump right in.

• Verify all types of insurances.
• Obtain authorizations and extensions.
• Evaluate Monthly insurance reports.
• Enter New Admission face sheets and updates
• Submit insurance changes to update our insurance data base
• Update census and deactivate patients
• Make insurance follow-up with unit Social Workers
• Filing and other projects to be assigned.

Requirements

• Must be extremely proficient in the use of Excel Spreadsheets with 3 years experience.
• Must be bilingual English/Spanish
• Must have 3-5 years' experience in the healthcare field or a similar role.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
• Must have EXCELLENT Communication Skills
• GED or High School education a Must, College education a Plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
