Job Title: Loan Operations Representative II

What you will bring: 

As a Loan Operations Representative II, you'll be responsible for supporting loan operations, ensuring the smooth flow of transactions, and maintaining accurate records. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Essential Duties:

  • Process payments, payoffs, and draws for loan participations and sub-participations.
  • Post debits and credits to customer DDA accounts and GL accounts.
  • Reconcile DDA and GL accounts.
  • Prepare and complete billing notices and statements.
  • Notify customers of transactions and prepare written correspondence.
  • Maintain filing systems per record retention regulations.
  • Research and resolve loan account discrepancies.
  • Perform loan on-boarding and routine maintenance tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service to the bank's direct loan customers.
  • Cross-train and support Loan Operations Rep I when applicable.

Non-Essential Duties:

  • Respond to inquiries and requests from customers and other bank personnel.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support department operations.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Specialized banking education and training related to loan operations.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in related positions.
  • Proven ability to effectively perform multiple tasks, duties, and jobs throughout the division, department, or unit.
  • Moderate reading, writing, and grammar skills.
  • Proficient mathematics skills.
  • Moderate computer skills.
  • Moderate interpersonal relations and communicative skills.
  • Moderate typing skills.
  • Moderate report-writing and analytical skills.
  • Visual and auditory skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid model

Pay Range: $21.00 - $25.00 an hour based on experience
