Atlantic Coast Rehabilitation and Healthcare is a Full-Time Staffing Coordinator to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. The resposibiliy of the staffing coordinator will be to create schedules for all nurses and aides (CNA's) to ensure all units are staffed appropriately. Responsibilities include:
- Create schedules and daily assignment sheets for nurses and aides (CNA's)
- Assist the Director of Nursing with the hiring process
- Review punch details for accuracy
- Superior organization skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to multi-task.
- Maintain attendance records for nursing employees
- Perform other duties as requested by the Director of Nursing (DON) or Administrator
