You hire and train the right team members for the right roles. You are patient and know how to bring out the best in your staff. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A STORE MANAGER

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Relevant sales and customer service experience
• Previous leadership experience a plus
