- Overseeing day-to-day functions of the Café
- Providing great leadership and maintaining acac’s policies and procedures
- Hiring, training and supervising Café Staff
- Ensuring Food Health & Safety Regulations are followed
- Providing a clean, friendly atmosphere

Requirements
Required competencies, education, and experience
- ServSafe certification
- Proficient computer skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
Physical demands
- Must be able to stand, move, walk, and bend for the duration of a shift
- Must have ability and willingness to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to reach, pull, push and use repetitive arm, hand, and leg motion
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
