Atlantic Coast Appliance is an established growing in home appliance repair service. We are seeking an experienced full time Scheduling Coordinator and inventory control specialist. Duties include answering and scheduling service calls, managing the schedule, coordinating repairs with customers after the part arrives, and replenishing the technician's truck stock. You will also be responsible for reaching out to technicians that are running behind on the schedule and relaying messages to the technicians.
