EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Reports to Assistant Director, Grant Program OperationsDetermines grant eligibility for prospective participantsAdministers pre-requisite testing to participantsServes as the program's liaison for program participants and Atlantic CapeProvides coaching and support for participants' successWorks with participants to develop personalized training employment plans (IEP's)Regularly communicates with participants and updates IEP throughout trainingUses technology to facilitate & record participant engagement and coachingWorks as the re-employment liaison between participants and employers to match open job opportunities to the participants' planConducts and records post-employment follow up for 30, 60, 90 & 120 daysAssists in mitigating obstacles during training, job search and re-employmentMonitors workforce trends (demand occupations and employer needs within the grant servicing area)Develop and maintain employer relationships; other related duties as assigned.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
This is a part-time, grant-funded position requiring up to 26 hours per week. This program is scheduled to end on or before June 30, 2024This position may require flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends and duties at any Atlantic Cape location.
