As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of case management, including legal document preparation, conducting research, and managing case files. In this role, you will be in charge of the entire process, from handling the case and communicating with clients to managing medical records and therapy, and ultimately resolving the legal demand. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of case management, ensuring efficient and effective handling of each case
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information
• Organize and maintain case files, including legal documents and records
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and arguments
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
• Stay up-to-date with legal regulations and industry trends relevant to personal injury cases

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Proven experience as a Case Manager or similar role, preferably in personal injury law
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in legal document preparation and research
